Before we begin, you’ll receive a fixed-fee tender and an industry-standard engagement letter clearly outlining our responsibilities and your rights as a client.

    Once your records are provided, we typically require two weeks to schedule, complete, and finalise your audit or review. Upon completion, we deliver reports via email (PDF format) and through Dropbox Sign — a trusted, world-leading digital signature platform that allows you to review and sign documents securely from any device.

This nationally recognised 12-hour program equips professionals with the skills to provide initial support to anyone developing a mental health problem or experiencing a mental health crisis.

    Jason has completed the Diploma of Social Care through Charles Darwin University, achieving a GPA of 5, with a focus on Cultural Capabilities (IAS201), Perspectives of Indigenous Health (HSC133), and Communication Skills (SWK102). This qualification has strengthened Jason’s understanding of culturally responsive practice, particularly in working with First Nations communities, and reinforced the importance of respectful communication, health equity, and community-informed approaches. Through this study, Jason has developed deeper insight into social determinants of health, culturally safe engagement, and the practical communication skills required to build trust, promote wellbeing, and support diverse individuals and communities with professionalism and integrity.
