Most of our emails don’t arrive during business hours — they come in over the weekend.
That makes sense. Treasurers, committee members, and volunteers are busiest when their organisations meet — often at weekend sporting fixtures, church services, and committee meetings. That’s when financial questions arise, decisions are made, and emails are sent through to us to get things moving.
By Monday morning, our inbox is full — and we want to give those emails the attention they deserve.
Why Monday now starts at 11 am
Instead of opening straight away and juggling phone calls with a full inbox, we’ve made a simple change:
👉 Monday mornings are now dedicated to responding to weekend emails and progressing client work
We found that taking calls immediately often meant:
Emails were delayed
Work was interrupted
The morning became less productive for everyone
By opening at 11 am on Mondays, we can:
Respond to urgent weekend queries
Start jobs promptly
Give you clearer, more focused advice when you call

Monday: 11:00 am – 5:00 pm
Tuesday: 10:00 am – 5:00 pm
Wednesday: 10:00 am – 5:00 pm
Thursday: 10:00 am – 5:00 pm
Friday: 10:00 am – 12:00 pm
Saturday: Closed
Sunday: Closed
